An overall great experience. Matt was personable, enthusiastic, and accommodating. Having very little prior experience with Nissan vehicles, I wasn’t expecting to like them as much as I did and reall enthusiastic, and accommodating. Having very little prior experience with Nissan vehicles, I wasn’t expecting to like them as much as I did and really enjoy the feel of the kicks. Seems like a very economical car and I know Nissan’s typically are known to be reliable vehicles, so I foresee it to be with me for years to come. More

I have never had a Car buying experience as pleasant as this one starting with sales associate Matt Jenkins Greeting us and listening to all of our wants and needs. We expressed to him that our credit situ this one starting with sales associate Matt Jenkins Greeting us and listening to all of our wants and needs. We expressed to him that our credit situation was not that good and that we wanted them to see how much they would give us for our trade first . He was able to do everything we asked with no pressure at all. The Finance manager was great. We informed him that we did not want to have our credit pulled by many banks , cause we didn’t want our credit score dropping because of so many credit pulls. He was very good at what he does, he communicated with us exactly what he would do and did exactly that . We literally came to the dealership expecting to maybe get possibly a newer used car .... But Wow, with all the promotions that Nissan is offering we were able to get a Brand New 2020 Nissan Rogue SV ..... We were totally blown away. We have bought cars before but hands down , this has been the most stress free, relaxed car buying experience. We want to Thank everyone involved with our buying experience. And Highly recommend anyone needing a new car to go to NEWTON NISSAN of GALLATIN!!!! My survey will be 10’s across the board. Oh and one more thing all the employees at Newton Nissan were looking out for the customers and fellow co workers by wearing a mask during these difficult times of Covid -19 . More
