The dealership is great in hospitality, customer service, and in trying to make the sale. Overall, the weight time is also great, as managers work quickly to make a sale and finalize paperwork. I’ve never had any issues with Newton Nissan, and I came back for a second purchase after buying another vehicle 8 years prior to my most recent purchase. The dealership seems like family and is also sentimental to me for other reasons (my deceased spouse and I purchased previously.) The salesman for my most recent purchase was even better than before. Matt Jenkins is personable, friendly, responsive, quick, professional, and has presentable and seemingly great leadership qualities. My experience has been great enough to keep me coming back! More
