We have had the pleasure of working with Chris Beto on each of our purchases and the relationship has become one of trust and collaboration over the years. We have come to know several of the other sales staff, because they go out of their way to greet you and engage in conversations and remember you when you come back. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Service Department with Lexus (Jeff Alquist and Eric Hoffman) and have always had a positive experience. The last time our car was in for it's regularly scheduled maintenance and I came to pick it up, while I was taking care of the ticket, I turned around and Matt Jensen (Manager) had pulled my car up for me! We have been treated professionally and courteously by the finance department and both Tony (Signorella) for this transaction and Ben (Bleed) previously made the "signing" portion enjoyable. We are now enjoying our new RX 450 Hybrid and although it may be a while before the next time....our next time will be with Lexus/Toyota of Rockford! More

Explained the options well and answered all our questions. Negotiations went well sales manager was available and didn’t have us wait long. Felt we received an excellent deal. Financing went very smooth and the salesman watched our grandson as we finished the paperwork. Salesman did a great job of explaining the features on our car and even filled it up for us.
