Smooth Transition for a college grad I will be graduating from the University of Missouri in the spring and was not planning on car shopping until that point. Unfortunately, my 2001 Toyot I will be graduating from the University of Missouri in the spring and was not planning on car shopping until that point. Unfortunately, my 2001 Toyota Avalon needed a lot of work just to get me home for the holidays and probably would not last me much longer. My parents have formed a relationship with Chris Beto at Lexus of Rockford and he made my transition very smooth into a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. He is not afraid to be honest about various vehicles on the lot to keep his customers satisfied and safe. While signing over the paperwork, Ben Bleed made it easy to understand the process! I am so happy with my new SUV. I wish the sale price would have been lowered just a tad since I will be making the payments, but for the short amount of time that we had, I am happy. I will definitely be working with Lexus of Rockford and Chris Beto for all of my future purchases. More

We ended up giving Lexus of Rockford a try and were pleased with all aspects of the process from initial visit to purchase to delivery. Chris Beto, our Sales Consultant was terrific to work with! Chris was a good communicator and thoroughly explained everything in an earnest and warm manner. General Manager Matt Jensen was also positively engaged in the process. Business Manager Ben Bleed was very comfortable to work with (something that is often untrue with car dealer finance folks).
