Had a scheduled time. Did not receive service until 2hours after scheduled time. Service manager said they were short on techs. My appt was at 1pm so he should have informed me when I got there not at the conclusion of the service provided. Very poor professionalism. More

When I came in to drop off my car. There were 8 Ferman employees having a good old time. As I stood there for 15 minutes until Matt came in. It was poop show when I came to pick it up? There were 8 Ferman employees having a good old time. As I stood there for 15 minutes until Matt came in. It was poop show when I came to pick it up? I stood there for 25 minutes. I bought my truck from this dealership back in 2016 and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. At this visit I was constantly lied to, terrible communication, and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. At this visit I was constantly lied to, terrible communication, and they still haven't done everything I requested. My truck was in their possession for a total of 36 hours for an oil change and 3 tire change with alignment. I asked for a estimate on some damage to the truck and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they forgot. He took pictures and said he would get it right over to the collision center to get me an estimate and I would be receiving an email the next day. Than never happened. It really sucks that this happened because I never had a problem previously. More

Ferman analyzed the problem on my car quickly and made the necessary repairs. The service personnel were courteous and efficient. Since we were traveling from out of state it was imperative that the wor the necessary repairs. The service personnel were courteous and efficient. Since we were traveling from out of state it was imperative that the work be done while we were visiting family in the area so we could confidently drive the 1000 miles back to home. The best news is that we made the return trip without any problem. More
