Ferman analyzed the problem on my car quickly and made the necessary repairs. The service personnel were courteous and efficient. I paid for oil change and tire rotation, technician changed the oil but he didn’t rotate the tires. I told the guy at the front desk, he called the technician and he said he did, but I worked with tire changed the oil but he didn’t rotate the tires. I told the guy at the front desk, he called the technician and he said he did, but I worked with tires before, not to mention that I know my car and I’m 100% he didn’t rotate the tires. I’m not the type of person that leaves complaints or bad reviews on your website, but I took my car to tire kingdom for the tire rotation and you lost me as a customer. Have a good day! More
