I have used the service department 5 times for MAJOR and minor service. They are fast, professional, and HONEST. I have never felt slammed into "other" service needs, and had their service people automatica minor service. They are fast, professional, and HONEST. I have never felt slammed into "other" service needs, and had their service people automatically search for coupons, discounts, etc. They explain everything my 320 needs, and get me in and out on time. I bought my 2018 320 their in 2021 and will buy my next car there. I live 40 miles away in Plymouth, and I DRIVE BY 2 existing BMW dealerships who had proved hopeless. WOrth the trip. More

I brought my 2024 IX BMW into Herb chambers of Boston on or about February 20, 2025. I had purchased the tire and rim insurance through BMW when I leased my car. I was supposed to get a new rim and two new or about February 20, 2025. I had purchased the tire and rim insurance through BMW when I leased my car. I was supposed to get a new rim and two new tires. My car was returned to me on October one 2025. Close to eight months later. With two new tires, but no new rim. Even though the dealership told me the rim was dangerous to drive with, but the insurance company would not pay for it. I called every month for almost 8 months trying to get an explanation and get my car returned to me. Period I was so dissatisfied with my service at BMW of Boston. I have written to the Attorney General, I have written to BMW financial and BMW nationally. This was the worst service I've had in my 60 years on this earth. If I could give a negative rating to this dealership, I would to add insult too injury. My car was returned to me, filthy not washed. I am so disillusioned with BMW and Herb ChambersBMW of Boston.
