Great Integrity My car broke down on my way home from work. Had it towed to Three County Volkswagen. I have been a customer of Three County Volkswagen for years. Every time I needed their help they did their best to accommodate me. They were backed up servicing other cars for a few days, so I had to wait to find out the problem with my car. It turned out to be a very simple fix. Greg called me up to pick up the car at no charge to me. The gas line came out of place. It is common in the Auto repair sector that the repair provider can tell you that there was some serious issue with the car that would cost a lot of money, when if fact it could have been a simple fix. Matt, Greg and the service team didn't do that, and I know they never would, not only to me, but any customer. One of the main reasons I have been buying cars from Three County is the Integrity of the Service people. Regards Sam Weiner More

The only dealer I go to for service There are other VW dealers close to my home, and though they may be more convenient, I know that the level of service that I will receive at them is s There are other VW dealers close to my home, and though they may be more convenient, I know that the level of service that I will receive at them is subpar in comparison to the experience I know I will have at Three County. Always honest, friendly, and accommodating, I appreciate the service team at this dealership immensely. No one wants to have car trouble, but when it inevitably happens (curse you Route 21 potholes!), it's great knowing that you'll be taken care of with honesty - and during these crazy times - safety. I was pleased to see all of the safety measures in place in the service department (everyone wearing face coverings, partitions between customers and the service team, reminders for social distancing and plenty of hand sanitizer), as it's comforting to know they care about their team as well as their customers. And though everyone's faces are covered by masks, the smiles were still evident. Thanks for being consistently awesome! And Greg, thanks for always helping me out. More
