Very relaxed and low stress experience. I was simply trying to determine what was possible with my two year old trade, though I was specifically interested in a CX-5. Brian C. (the salesperson) was very knowledgeable and professional but low key, with no pressure. He was able to help me find exactly the trim level and color I wanted while enabling attractive manufacturer’s financing. I felt the pricing was fair for both the new car and my trade, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous. I have no regrets, nor buyers remorse and look forward to meeting the Service department for my future maintenance needs.
