Jason Xenos definitely went above and beyond to get the car I wanted at the price that was within my budget. Would absolutely recommend him to any potential clients...just a pleasure to work with. Also, have to mention Matt Mcnally. I told Matt i didn't have time to wait when i came in for the pick up...he made it happen with out a beat. Very very professional and appreciative of my buisness. I literally was in and out with my new car in 20 minutes. Just really a very positive experience. More

Matthew bent over backwards for me, gave it his all. My first review was a little up in the air, and my first and second visit was a little haphazard, but that being said, I wish to thank the dealership My first review was a little up in the air, and my first and second visit was a little haphazard, but that being said, I wish to thank the dealership and most importantly, Matthew, Head of Finance for trying his best to get me out of my upside down loan and into a truck of my liking. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so, but ,that being said, I wish to let you know that this man, Matthew, bent over backwards to help me get the dollar amount I wanted for my loan. Even though he was unable to do so, he took time from his day to call me back and work with me on this. I really appreciate the fact that he gave it his all, and when I do get a new vehicle (when I get out from under the one I have) I will definitely give this dealership a call, because of Matthew. He went above and beyond what most dealerships would have. Thanks again, Matthew. More

2015 Dodge Charger SXT I am a car guy. I had done my research and priced this car with another dealer locally and came to Westbury after. Same exact car all-in price with t I am a car guy. I had done my research and priced this car with another dealer locally and came to Westbury after. Same exact car all-in price with trade of my 2006 Chrysler with 150,000 miles was $1500 better. Also shopped Costco. Price was still better. I ordered the car from factory thru Westbury. Car arrived as ordered in about 4-5 weeks and they called to schedule delivery. When I went to pick it up they checked for additional factory money and found another $2,000 for Auto Show & Chrysler Finance. Westbury Finance Manager gave it all to me in added discounts from the agreed upon price without my knowledge or asking. Who does that? Car is great - exceeds my expectations, fantastic no charge extras from dealer and tremendous service support. Check them out if you are in the NY Metro Area. More

Our sales rep Krystal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering the many questions we had about leasing vs buying. From the receptionists to the General Sales Manager Marie, we were treated like VIP customers. Krystal even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule during the holidays. Shawn worked with us to keep our purchase within our budget. The term "Sign & Drive" was appropriate for our experience. When we arrived to pick up our car, we had to sign a few documents, Krystal then showed us all the features in our new car even setting up our Bluetooth and we were on our way! I would highly recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. More

Let me start with i was at the dealership for 5 hours after driving 4 hours to get there. I purchased a 08 srt8 which is very nice with no modifications but it wasnt worth the hassle that followed. First after driving 4 hours to get there. I purchased a 08 srt8 which is very nice with no modifications but it wasnt worth the hassle that followed. First of all my tags didnt come in 30 days and when i called about it they told me that i needed to get the car inspected so i did immediately and sent it to them.Then they sent me another tag that only lasted 30 more days which expired roughly 40 days before i received the regular tags. So the next problem was trying to cancel the extended warranty i called to cancel the warranty on Monday November 25,2013. My message was returned Friday November 29 I told Matt that i wanted to cancel the ext. warr. he said okay. The next week i called back to the dealership to make sure it was canceled and they told me that its not canceled and that i would need to fill out a cancellation form. So then i filled the form out again thinking that it was all taken care of but wrong it wasnt i finally called Zurich who the ext warr. was thru and they told me to just write to them stating that i wanted to cancel the ext. warranty with the mileage and the vin number then sign it. So after getting blown off numerous times i finally called Mr Sporn the president of the company and asked him for his help on these issues. He did get a fire under someones butt and i got my tags but i had to call him back twice about the ext. warranty refund. Im happy to say that the money was refunded today March 5, 2014.A horrible experience. More
