EXCELLENT SERVICE CENTER Matt and Fernando were very efficient in the way they handle the routine maintenance of my wife's 2015 BMW 535i. From moment I drove up to the service bay until; I drove away after the maintenance was complete. The coffee/tea was wonderful and although it was a Sunday and there were no fresh cookies available there were still plenty of sweets to go along with the coffee/tea. More

Emergency Service of my Z4 Hi, I want to start by saying Thank You for such prompt service in helping me out with my dead battery. I had just arrived for the winter to find that Hi, I want to start by saying Thank You for such prompt service in helping me out with my dead battery. I had just arrived for the winter to find that my battery had died and I couldn’t get into my car to open the trunk to access the battery. Your guys went above and beyond and came out to me. They had to charge the existing battery for about 10 minutes before they were able to jump start it. Then I followed them back to the dealership where your service agent Maria was extremely nice and got my car right in to install a new battery and at the same time addressed some additional items that were do for service. All in All great experience from the entire service department at BMW of Sarasota. More

Good techs, not so good snacks Techs are very good, and wait time is probably average- two or three hours minimum depending on the reason for your visit. The Best Customer Service I have ever experienced I have always been customer service oriented and the amazing thing, I can say, is that every person on your staff got an excellent review. Our Sales I have always been customer service oriented and the amazing thing, I can say, is that every person on your staff got an excellent review. Our Sales person Wil Bean was very informative and stayed with us until we left the lot with our new car, very impressive.. Chad was so helpful with the technology piece and so friendly. Matt Merlino absolutely wonderful and spent a lot of time with my husband. There were 2 young adults at the concierge, unbelievable customer service, so friendly and helpful.. As we walked around, everyone was courteous always asking if we needed anything. I love my car and as far as I am concerned will be very loyal to BMW. You all deserve an award and should be recognized for exceptional customer service. Our finance guy was also very good. More

Excellent service experience The service department at BMW of Sarasota went above and beyond "good service" when I brought my car in for a problem experienced while I was far from The service department at BMW of Sarasota went above and beyond "good service" when I brought my car in for a problem experienced while I was far from my home dealership. The Service Advisor, Seth Rodgers, and the Shop Foreman, Matt Merlino, helped me by dealing with BMWNA on my behalf to have the repair authorized and then completing an extensive and complicated repair in time for me to return home, 1600 miles away. The repairs were done perfectly and I have had no problem with the car in the eight weeks since the repair was completed. My thanks to these two professionals for great work and customer service. More
