They gave me a f The guys and gals at Carl Black were great. We bought a 2019 Traverse on 3.24 19. The finance managers did not hide anything from us. They gave me a fair amount for my 11 year old trade that was shall I say, well loved. They did not have an obnoxious amount of dealer installed add ons that normally jack up the advertised price by a couple thousand dollars. There was no back and forth with the guy behind the glass. The guy behind the glass came out shook my hand and openly presented everything they were looking at to get us a safe reliable ride. They did not park a more expensive car next to ours to try and intice us into something we did not ask for. We were not at all pressured and they gave my wife and I space and time to make our decision. Everyone there was genuinely excited by us saying yes to them and not another dealer. I know they have quotas and goals to hit, but you can tell they all care enough about their Image as a dealer to truly make buying there more pleasant so in the end they benefit from another sale.
