My wife and I went into Falmouth Toyota last Saturday looking for a used vehicle. As we walked in the door we were greeted by Ian Nixon who ended up showing us around and helping us to find a vehicle to looking for a used vehicle. As we walked in the door we were greeted by Ian Nixon who ended up showing us around and helping us to find a vehicle to meet our family's needs. Ian was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was very patient as we took a few cars for a test drive. After spending a couple hours we decided we were not ready to make any decisions. We were told that we should take our time that no decisions needed to be made today. It was a very positive experience. After a couple days we called Ian and told him we had made our decision to buy a used certified Camry. We arranged a time this week that worked with our schedules to complete the paperwork and take delivery of the car. Having been through the car buying process with other dealers I prepared myself for what I expected to by a 2 - 3 hr process to take delivery of the car. To my surprise we were in and out in under an hour driving our new car home. All the paperwork was ready, we signed the financing agreement, Ian gave us a tour of the new vehicle features and we were on our way. It was a great experience. I have honestly waited longer at other dealerships to have my oil changed during a scheduled appointment. Great experience, great deal. Thanks Ian, Amy and Matt. More

Absolute best dealership in my area. I worked with Craig Kinney and Matt Murphy last week whom were both great. No sales pressure or games like the several other dealerships I visited while looking for my new vehicle. I was pressed for time and within 2 hours I was able to express my needs to the sales representative, test d best experiences ever at that location. Dave was amazing in getting exactly what I wanted and a quick turnaround timeframe while multitaking between me and another customer. He was sincere in ensuring that he answered all my questions and got me to my goal price and vehicle within a short timeframe knowing that I needed to pick up my child and had another appointment to go to. More
