I include Tony just because he stopped by when I was in the showroom and he has always been my advocate - so seeing him as I waited to sign on the dotted line for my elegant blizzard pearl brand new car made me feel even more confident that this was a wise move...I gave my 2007 Prius to my 21 year old who lives in LA - the first thing we did after driving it cross country was set her up with a Toyota dealership in Pasadena because I wanted her to feel the confidence and security that I feel based on my experience with FT. You are great - the only criticism is that you need a few more women on your staff roster! And it would be great if Toyota promoted more plug in stations! Can't wait for the App.... More

I have always and will continue to recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Each staff person is invested in what goes on within Toyota. I purchased my first car there over 2 Toyota to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Each staff person is invested in what goes on within Toyota. I purchased my first car there over 20 years ago and will not go anywhere else, because of the customer service recieved each and every time. During this recent transaction; I had a budget to stay within; a specific size vehichle I needed and Matt Murphy made the numbers work, while Ron showed me the car. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Matt found the vehicle that fit my needs for the long term and within my budget. While waiting to sign the papers to pick up the new vehicle other people within the dealership offered my coffee/tea and a seat. They made conversation; it did not matter that I was not working directly with them; it was about customer service. Over the years, in working with the shop team; they are just as great. They are what keep me coming back. Toni, years ago said to me there are only a few things in life you need a few good friends and a good honest mechanic. He was right, all the service on my vehicles over the years has been with Falmouth Toyota, unless they recommend it be done elsewhere. People say the price you pay a the dealership for service is higher than at the local mechanic. My answer to that is Falmouth Toyota is my local mechanic, they know my car, they don't over charge me and they are on time and reliable. The team a Falmouth Toyota understand that customer service is the key. I plan on buying my next car there also and I will continue to have all the service done on both the cars I own there. More

I went into Falmouth Toyota with a specific idea of what I wanted. I presented this to Anthony. I also had a not so ideal trade in that had negative equity. By far, this is the best dealership on the Cape. This is my third car from Falmouth Toyota and I have received nothing but the best service.
