I ended up Purchasing a used Lexus GX470 which we love. Over the years I have been to a lot of dealerships and had a lot of salesmen make me feel like I wanted to shower after I dealt with them. Everyone at Falmouth Toyota made me feel like they were trying to help me get the car I wanted - not sell me what was on the lot and make a fast commission. They gave me the information I asked for and got it to me right away. They gave me time to think and research without pressuring me. They treated me the way I would hope to be treated when making a big purchase and financial commitment. At the same time I bought the car I had another car have a check up. They gave me a complete assessment and found some bad news and lots of good news. They explained how to deal with the problems, the most cost effective measures, and long story short, for a fairly small investment the car I expected to get six months out of I now expect to get 4 to 5 more years out of. They are awesome! Go to these guys. You will be treated with respect, dignity and honesty. My wife says we will never buy another car elswhere and (eventhough they are an hour and a half from home)she trusts them so much that she has already planned to make the drive to service our cars at Falmouth Toyota. Best experience ever! More

My husband and I were looking for a used Toyota. I cannot tell you how Jack and Matt went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It did not take us long to make up our minds and purchase a Toyota. All of the salesmen could not be any nicer while you are there. I do not care what dealership you visit. I can almost guarantee you that you will purchase a Toyota after visiting Falmouth Toyota. More

My wife, two-year old daughter and I went to Falmouth Toyota after having previously purchased cars from Hyannis Toyota. We went in looking for information and left the proud new owners of a Certified P Toyota after having previously purchased cars from Hyannis Toyota. We went in looking for information and left the proud new owners of a Certified Pre-Owned Camry. The Dealership was understated and intimate compared to the palaces other manufacturers are building in the area. I hope Toyota doesn't make the Murphys go the way of other local dealerships and require them to spend a fortune to fix a dealership that doesn't need fixing. Anthony Spagone was awesome, not only in the way he treated my wife and I, but also with how patient he was with our daughter who wanted nothing more than to steal every last one of his business cards! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We look forward to dealing with Anthony in a few years when we look to upgrade our Yaris. Matt Murphy, the Dealer's GM, came over to chat with my wife for a bit about her expeience thus far and even dropped off an activity book for our little diva! Once we decided we wanted to purchase a car that day, the process was smooth and efficient. And Amy Killoran? Please ... fabulous! In the end, we really felt like everyone we spoke to at the dealership wanted to earn our business rather than just expecting that it was theirs because we walked in the front door. I guess the sound bite would be, "the price was right, the trade allowance was more than fair and the people were fantastic." We enjoyed the experience so much that we will be bringing our other Toyota to Falmouth Toyota for all of its future service needs. More

Of course, driving a Toyota is the best decision you can make, but this dealership is differ There is no better dealership than Falmouth Toyota. Of course, driving a Toyota is the best decision you can make, but this dealership is different from any other I have ever been in. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Their service people are excellent and accomodating. They are honest and supportive when it comes to making decisions about your vehicle. We have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many years. There is another dealership that is much closer to our home, but we have chosen to drive all the way to Falmouth because of the experience we have each time we are there. Taylor in the service department and Tony Martino are really nice human beings who care about their customers. They help in whatever way they can. We recently had the pleasure of working with Ken Collings who sold us our Sequoia. Ken is a fantastic salesman who listens to his customers and supports them in whatever way he can. He has a great sense of humor, loves what he does, and genuinely cares about your experience at the dealership. He was very accomodating to our needs and took the time to explain the different features on our vehicle. The neat thing is that he said to call him whenever we have a question and/or concern. I have had to call him a couple of times when I had questions about the car or insurance, and he was not only helpful, but he wanted me to know if anything comes up in the future, he is there. Even the financial person we worked with to get our car loan was a pleasure and he was genuinely excited for us. In my opinion, it really doesn't get any better than Falmouth Toyota. Matt Murphy genuinely is passionate about his work and is incredibly friendly and accomodating. He also strives to give the customers the best deal he can and for them to have a positive experience. As far as I am concerned, Falmouth Toyota is in a league all its own. More
