I brought my 2002 Tundra in for scheduled servicing to find that David had held a truck that met the criteria that I had reviewed with him months before when discussing whether to buy new or put money int find that David had held a truck that met the criteria that I had reviewed with him months before when discussing whether to buy new or put money into the Tundra and wait until I found what I wanted. Because I live on an island nearby and travel is an issue (especially this time of year) the checked staff scrambled to complete the sale within 24 hours. In addition, I later decided to purchase the Tundra back from the dealer to give as a bonus to an employee. The dealership offered a sales price at the trade-in value, Jesse (not noted above) kept me informed on the progress of the servicing, and again, because I was hoping to complete the processing of the sale during a twenty-four hour period that I needed to be off-island, the staff rose to the challenge of completing the paperwork at short notice, and saw to it that I was able to return to the island with the vehicle. Outstanding service from all under testing circumstances where it would have been easier to tell me I would have to wait for the usual processing lag time. And kudos to the dealership as a whole for their courtesy, the high value they place on customer satisfaction, their particular extra effort when accommodating the needs of us island dwellers, and the obvious pride they have in their reputation and product. A nod, in particular, to Tony Martino, with whom my wife and I have dealt for decades, and the rest of the service staff. More

On a scale of 1-5 my Falmouth Toyota Experience was a 10, after being referred to Ken Collings by Jim and Kellie Parham, I called and explained what I needed and the price range I could afford , he 10, after being referred to Ken Collings by Jim and Kellie Parham, I called and explained what I needed and the price range I could afford , he took the time to check inventory and to advise that there was a possibility of the perfect Sierra; for me , coming in and he would keep me in the loop,when the Sierra came in he called set an appointment and it was a perfect fit not only for me & my mom and her wheel chair but for Harley my 189 lb Newfoundland Therapy Dog , who fell in love with the staff and all their "cookies" Thank you all for a wonderful experience & and a relationship that I am sure will continue for years .................. I just bought a new Sequoia and the whole process was exceptional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made the buying experience easy. Anthony Spagone was very informative and made sure I understood all the features the new vehicle had to offer and made sure that I knew I could feel free to contact him if I needed assistance with anything. As always, Matt and Tom Murphy were friendly and helpful with all my questions. Amy Killoran was also a joy to work with. I have in the past and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a automobile. More

In my opinion the most important thing that separates Falmouth Toyota from the many other dealerships in the region is customer service, and I say this from experience. They're focused like a laser beam on making you happy. The first time I stepped into the dealership the first person I met was Tony Martino. It was a busy day at the dealership, but Tony immediately took the time to help me. He carefully listened to my concerns, inspected my old vehicle, and expertly explained the remedy. His attitude and professionalism gave me great confidence in the dealership. So, much so that I decided to buy a new vehicle. He introduced me to Jack Moloney in the sales department. Jack Moloney spent hours showing me the various models of the truck I was interested in and taking me on test drives. There was never any pressure to buy and I never felt rushed. He went out of his way to match me with a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. Working with Jack was like working with a close family member. His friendly personality and vast experience made buying a new vehicle fun, and I never thought I'd say buying a vehicle could be fun! And the price I was quoted on the new vehicle should not be under stated. It was better than the price I had found in all my research. Peter Cavicchi, the business manager, clearly explained the purchase process and prepared all the necessary paper work. He explained all the extra warranty items available but did not pressure me to buy anything. He was very informative and his calm demeaner in my opinion makes him the perfect business manager. There are other dealerships out there with good people, but I think that Falmouth Toyota has a great team. And the team at Falmouth Toyota is clearly focused on customer satisfaction. I owe this to Matt Murphy, the general manager, and coach of a winning team! Thank you Falmouth Toyota! More

We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past but this was the best experience. No haggling over price; just a wonderful experience. My experience purchasing a new Tacoma from Falmouth Toyota couldn't have been a more positive one. First of all, I must say, I have been well aware of Falmouth Toyota'a reputation for integrity and cus Toyota couldn't have been a more positive one. First of all, I must say, I have been well aware of Falmouth Toyota'a reputation for integrity and customer support for years. So, when I was in the market to trade in my '06 Tundra for a new Tacoma it was a no brainer to check out what they had to offer. After a pleasant greeting from Matt Murphy, I was introduced to John O'Keefe, my salesman, who was exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and a no pressure type salesman. (unlike the other dealership down the street who were into the high pressure "what do you mean you're NOT interested in buying today, why NOT?" type of crap. John took his time to answer all my questions, help me decide what I really wanted for options, etc. He offered to take me for a test drive, if I wanted to, not insisting, mind you. Make a long story short, I bought a great truck, from a classy salesman, at a classy dealership, for a great price, and maximum kelly blue book for my trade in. Couldn't be happier with my new truck. Oh, almost forgot Amy Killoran, finance manager, who made all my financing options clear to me, and even surprised me with a lower Toyota financing rate on the day I picked up my new truck than what we had agreed to initially ! This is our third Toyota from Falmouth Toyota and I am sure it woun't be the last. The Murphy's and their staff always do a great job. Townsend Wells was easy to work with and gave us the room to arrive a sure it woun't be the last. The Murphy's and their staff always do a great job.
