My service provider was not interested in anything I had to say! He brushed off every single thing I asked about. I stopped going here before because of that issue, but I needed something quick and they wer to say! He brushed off every single thing I asked about. I stopped going here before because of that issue, but I needed something quick and they were the only dealership opened. So I decided to give them another chance. I ended up with the exact same service provider! The service provider even suggested that I go back to the dealer I purchased the car from, which is in another state! He was very passive aggressive and customer service wasn’t at the top of his list at all. I just booked an appointment with the dealership I prefer for the issues that I needed repair for. More

Service team is always rude and slow. I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 9 I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 90 days. It took a month to replace my transmission. Shortly after that the hatch wouldn't open. I called GM and they suggested that I switch dealerships for service. More
