I dont appreciate being told my car was leaking oil from the off market filter I got put on my car just so you could charge me to do a whole other oil change for another $80 dollars. I drove off that lot an the off market filter I got put on my car just so you could charge me to do a whole other oil change for another $80 dollars. I drove off that lot and went to 2 other service centers that were kind enough to show me with video proof of under my car that everything around the filter is dry and my car was NOT leaking oil. Can't trust dealerships! More

Update: Dealership reached out to me to explain the circumstances regarding my service. It was explained satisfactorily and there was a misunderstanding as to the specifics of my situation. This is partially my fault for not making inquiries, but there was a lack of communication. Regardless, I did receive good and appropriate service and am willing to recommend them. I am conflicted, because they got my car working, but I still had to come back to have a very expensive battery cable installed. I was willing to just accept the situation, but I have been harassed with so many emails asking for a review. So here is your warning - they are good, but might try to rip you off if they can get away with it. And you wouldn't know this if they had not wanted a review so badly. More

I was very pleased with my service. Matt helped and advise of the steps and was took very good care of me. They assured me that the issue had been fixed, also filled my washer fluid and Matt helped and advise of the steps and was took very good care of me.
