He helped walk us through all of our options and helped us narrow down our choice of Odyssey by giving us an idea of cost. We never felt pressure to buy with Allan Nott, but came back to make our purchase there because we had such a good first experience. We interacted with several members of the sales staff and they were all extremely nice and willing to make us feel comfortable. We are glad we stepped foot in the dealership and appreciate all the time and effort they took to make our buying experience a good one. Discussed pricing and settled on purchase. Allowed us to take the car even as we had to take some days to get payment together from various investment accounts. Liked benefit of 5 oil changes included in purchase. Second representative was thorough in explaining various technological features on the vehicle--very patient and thorough. Finance officer did not force us to listening to financing options since we were paying in full. Did not try to talk us into some other payment option. More
