I got in touch with a salesmen named Matt R before I stepped foot in the dealership. He was very helpful and communicative on text. My first time being in the dealership he wasn’t there but had his frie stepped foot in the dealership. He was very helpful and communicative on text. My first time being in the dealership he wasn’t there but had his friend help me out and got me the cars I wanted to drive. The day after he was there and helped me find the car I wanted, and was very patient with me. It took me a while to make my mind up but eventually we sealed the deal. I got a good price for the car I bought, and I couldn’t be happier. The reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is because of the detailing of the car. I caught a problem with it right away which was the center console had dirt and grime from the last owner, so I made sure to clean that out. After that I noticed a few more things that could have been better. But everything else was good, I would highly recommend Matt R to anyone and had a pretty good experience overall. More

From the moment we contacted Zimmerman Honda, they were always happy to answer any questions. We had A LOT of questions! Our salesperson was Matt Rizzo. Matt was AMAZING to work with, he is such a great guy, and he was always patient with all my questions. I truly appreciated how Matt walked us through step by step what our options were to buy vs. to lease. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle from them, and multiple times we were told they would go at our pace, and they did just that. We ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of leasing it, and Matt walked us through it step by step while we were buying it. Matt then connected us to Jeff Dolan, who does the financing part when purchasing a vehicle. Jeff took extra time to explain how much our monthly payments would be, and again, he was also more than happy to answer all of our questions. Salesman Matt Rizzo was phenomenal with my senior mother in law. She was looking to purchase a smaller vehicle from what she had been driving. Our family did a lot of research on what car would work best in law. She was looking to purchase a smaller vehicle from what she had been driving. She wanted a specific color and certain features. Matt was great about tracking one down in Indiana in a relatively short time period.
