Took my gladiator in first service dropped off around 11 AM. Jeff took care of it and had the issues taken care of right away. Picked up at 4:30 that afternoon. They did a great job. Manipulative, dishonest, intimidating and blatant lies. I regret ever entering the dealership and resent their attitude towards us. The guys I worked with at Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat were amazing! It was a long process but they were patient, knowledgeable and way to work with. They came up with a deal I hadn’t thought of RAM Fiat were amazing! It was a long process but they were patient, knowledgeable and way to work with.
