I brought my 2nd vechile from Scranton's recently & I would return again for another one. They're friendly & smile, caring, helpful, patient when you ask questions & do their best to get you the answers would return again for another one. They're friendly & smile, caring, helpful, patient when you ask questions & do their best to get you the answers to them, they take the time to explain things you don't understand, welcoming to everyone who comes there and offer complimentary tv, beverages & snacks while waiting. I was completely satisfied & happy when I left the dealership with my new vechile the same day I walked in. Everyone I had contact there at Scrantons made my day and I would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vechile at a dealership with excellent customer service. More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They had my new vehicle for 28 days. I paid for my rental vehicle, because they could not give me a vehicle that could tow a small trailer to replac They had my new vehicle for 28 days. I paid for my rental vehicle, because they could not give me a vehicle that could tow a small trailer to replace my truck. No big deal, Chevy reimburses $46 per day. Well I provided all of my documentation to them, have an email confirming everything was received, and here we are 8 months later, and this dealership continues to dodge my phone calls, and in person visits. It’s gotten to the point where I have to take them to small claims court, to get my $1,288.00. Unless they actually finally respond now to a negative review, after I’ve been more than patient. More

We will never buy a car from Scranton or Vachon or a Chevy! Our 2019 truck has a transmission problem and they did minor repairs, since September and it still has the problem, the service manager heard Chevy! Our 2019 truck has a transmission problem and they did minor repairs, since September and it still has the problem, the service manager heard the problem and it’s still under warranty and I reported them to Chevy, where they made an appointment at Vachon today and the cleaned out the transmission pan and said they can’t invent a problem to fix! When we bought the car they promised a loaner when we bring it in! Every month since December no loaner nothing! Still not fixed, More
