Matt was very helpful with the purchase of our Pilot. He was along for the ride when we picked-up my children while on the test drive and then was flexible enough to bring the vehicle to my wife so she coul was along for the ride when we picked-up my children while on the test drive and then was flexible enough to bring the vehicle to my wife so she could see and drive it later in the day. This was definitely a unique buying experience and stepped inside the dealership to get keys for a test drive and to sign paperwork two days later. After my wife drove the vehicle, we gave a deposit and came back to get the car when we signed the paperwork. Most of our communication was through text and phone calls. when we arrived, the car was ready to go and the paperwork took less than 30 minutes to complete. We are very happy with Matt, the service he provided, and the dealership that allowed him to work with us on this sale, since it was a very busy Saturday where he could have been helping any number of other clients and not out working around our soccer and birthday party schedules. More
