I recently took my 2022 Outback to the Grapevine Subaru service department at 5star Subaru for some minor service. I made a sameday appointment online and was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. The service department at 5star Subaru for some minor service. I made a sameday appointment online and was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. They checked my car in quickly and gave me an accurate estimate of the time and cost. They also offered me a complimentary shuttle service to take me to my destination while they worked on my car. The service was done in less than an hour and they called me to let me know that my car was ready. They also washed and vacuumed my car for free. When I picked up my car, they explained what they did and showed me the invoice. They also gave me a coupon for my next service visit. I was very impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. My Outback runs smoothly and looks great. I am very satisfied with the Grapevine Subaru service department at 5star Subaru, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Subaru. They are the best in the business! More
