I recently took my 2022 Outback to the Grapevine Subaru service department at 5star Subaru for some minor service. They also offered me a complimentary shuttle service to take me to my destination while they worked on my car. The service was done in less than an hour and they called me to let me know that my car was ready. They also washed and vacuumed my car for free. When I picked up my car, they explained what they did and showed me the invoice. They also gave me a coupon for my next service visit. I was very impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. My Outback runs smoothly and looks great. I am very satisfied with the Grapevine Subaru service department at 5star Subaru, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Subaru. They are the best in the business! More

I just had a 5 star service experience with 5 Star Subaru correcting a problem that was a big deal to me, but not very profitable for them. My daughter swerved to miss an animal, hit a curb and damaged her correcting a problem that was a big deal to me, but not very profitable for them. My daughter swerved to miss an animal, hit a curb and damaged her wheel rim. I contacted 5SS and the parts department helped me order a rim and have it sent to them. Then I took the damaged rim and tire to them. They put the tire on the new rim and checked out. The next day I brought in the Subaru in. They put the new rim and tire on and checked out the car for any other damage. Thankfully, everything was OK. In spite of getting help from multiple people, in multiple departments over several days, it cost me very little to get the car fixed. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. Frankly, I was blown away by helpful and caring service I received. Great job 5 Star Subaru! More
