I just had a 5 star service experience with 5 Star Subaru correcting a problem that was a big deal to me, but not very profitable for them. Then I took the damaged rim and tire to them. They put the tire on the new rim and checked out. The next day I brought in the Subaru in. They put the new rim and tire on and checked out the car for any other damage. Thankfully, everything was OK. In spite of getting help from multiple people, in multiple departments over several days, it cost me very little to get the car fixed. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. Frankly, I was blown away by helpful and caring service I received. Great job 5 Star Subaru! More
