I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have been fortunate to live in Oregon, Minnesota, and Washington before finally settling here in beautiful Georgia. When my best friend moved here at age nine, I promised I’d join him someday—and now we live just 15 minutes apart! It’s funny how life has a way of bringing things full circle. I’ve always believed in the power of friendships and the unexpected journeys they can lead us on. Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and discovering hidden gems—whether it’s a cozy spot with the best tacos in town or a local BBQ joint with big flavor. I’m grateful to now call Georgia home and look forward to connecting with customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits perfectly with their own life journey.

Subaru of Gwinnett doesn’t make you feel like a customer, you feel like family. Everyone is extremely nice, from the receptionist, to Matthew my salesman, to Craig my loan adviser, to Shaun in services who r you feel like family. There are many reasons I love my Subaru Outback and the service department is definitely one of them. They are always upfront and transparent with me before servicing my car, always take the time to answer service department is definitely one of them. They are always upfront and transparent with me before servicing my car, always take the time to answer any questions I have, and thoroughly review with me in person what services were completed on my car; as well as keeping me informed on what regular routine maintenance I can prepare for in the future (like where the % level of tread is on my tires and what that means in terms of my driving habits and when they will most likely need to be replaced). They have always been accommodating to my needs to the fullest extent possible, which I greatly appreciate and highly value as a working mom. I also like that I have had my car for over a year now and I still see many of the same employees working their, including service managers and even the salesperson who sold me my car. I see that professionally as a great sign and an indicator of the overall health of their business. Their high level of standards and care (for both me and my car :) make it easy to be a proud member of the Subaru of Gwinnett family! More

Highly recommend seeing Mathew B. at Subaru of Gwinnett if you’re even thinking about getting a vehicle. This was our 2nd purchase from Matthew since June. He went above and beyond to find the exact vehicl if you’re even thinking about getting a vehicle. This was our 2nd purchase from Matthew since June. He went above and beyond to find the exact vehicles we were looking for in a time where finding a vehicle in general can be a challenge. We live 45 mins from this dealer and 10 mins from Troncalli, but we were treated tremendously better at Gwinnett. 5 star rating for all departments. Being disrespected and dealing with the unethical people of Troncalli ended up being a blessing in disguise. We will not go anywhere else now & love our 2022 Outback Wilderness. Thanks again! More
