We took our vehicle in for service, it had been scheduled for at least a month, they knew why we were bringing it in. We live a good distance from the dealership and a loaner was not available for us. Parts for at least a month, they knew why we were bringing it in. We live a good distance from the dealership and a loaner was not available for us. Parts had to be ordered and we were without our vehicle for a week. While it was there, there was other diagnostics performed that cost us and we asked for none of that to be done. We also purchased a very good warranty when we purchased our vehicle from them and was puzzled to see the charges. When we picked up the vehicle we were able to talk to a sales rep, who was very kind and helpful and was going to look into the warranty and a refund for us. Once we were home we double checked all our purchasing information and we should have had a $0 deductible for services provided. In the meantime, my husband received an email to leave a review, he did. He left a one star review on the service department, which is reflective when you look at it. I received a phone call within 30 minutes of his review, I didn't answer the first call due to an unknown number and being at work, the same number called again within 4 minutes the number was calling back. I decided to answer in case it was an emergency. It was the sales rep he talked to the night we picked the car up calling about her one star review that my husband left her (he did not leave a one star for her). She was persistent to know why he did that and I had to tell her 2 times that I had no idea about a review being left and that we were both at work. She wanted my husbands number to call him and I refused, he was at work and didn't need a phone call. I do feel that it was very unprofessional to make that phone call to a customer, especially since it did not happen. More

I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak that was covered under my extended warranty. I have a $0 deductible, and yet it still cost me over $300. Never really got a answer as to why. UPDATE. I did receive a under my extended warranty. I have a $0 deductible, and yet it still cost me over $300. Never really got a answer as to why. UPDATE. I did receive a phone call from the service dept today and they are going to try to make things right with the additional charges! More

Their service department is completely nonexistent – no staff, no service. The Service Manager was also covering the parts department and another duty. I don’t blame him. He was just doing the work of three managers and had no mechanics— that’s a senior management issue. More

My understanding is the service department is understaffed and has been for awhile. The wait time for an appointment is too lomg. I requested a copy of an oil change sent to my email and was nev understaffed and has been for awhile. The wait time for an appointment is too lomg. Overall good, appointment was 30 days instead of 60, diagnosed and repair went well. Cost estimate was $1,386 final invoice was $1,775 for wheel bearing and oil change. I appreciated them moving up my a diagnosed and repair went well. Cost estimate was $1,386 final invoice was $1,775 for wheel bearing and oil change. I appreciated them moving up my appointment due to seriousness of repair and the manner in which I was dealt with personally as well as the quality of the repairs was very good. But the extra $388 over estimate on final invoice was a downer. More

Not sure what is happening with my service department, took weeks to get in, then appt was moved further out. AND, day before appt, was told No Loaners available after I was told yes, one was available, w took weeks to get in, then appt was moved further out. AND, day before appt, was told No Loaners available after I was told yes, one was available, was told I could wait or Uber from Walser. Day of appt, I was sent the invoice, however, no call to let me know vehicle was ready for pickup. Walser had my vehicle for 24 hours, glad I didn’t wait in lobby. I was told a major turnover was the reason for scheduling delay. I had my former service advisor cell #, when I called the #, the new advisor told me ‘never heard of that advisor’ even the sales guys were argumentative about the former employees in the service dept. The atmosphere as a whole has changed. I had to schedule an appt to have the previous work redone, 11 weeks out!! I just hope Lam is still there! He’s the Best, the absolute best! More
