Excellent Service! We couldn't find exactly what we wanted on the lot. Matt and the manager Ron helped us to customize and order our own Dodge Ram 2500 exactly the way w We couldn't find exactly what we wanted on the lot. Matt was very accommodating and very good at communicating where our truck was during the stages of building and shipping. Matt even had a few calls made so that we could get our truck early! I would highly recommend Bonneville & Son and Matt to anyone! More

Didn't feel the heavy pressure to buy Matt Chagnon was very easy to deal with and he wasn't the normal high pressure salesperson. He made it very simple and it almost seemed painless. Best truck buying experience ever! Matt Chagnon greeted my wife and I at the entrance to the dealership and asked who we were looking for at the dealership and could he help us find tha Matt Chagnon greeted my wife and I at the entrance to the dealership and asked who we were looking for at the dealership and could he help us find that person? That person was busy, so Matt helped us on the spot, no waiting. He located several truck models/colors that we were interested in, worked up some prices to see if they would work? We told Matt what our maximum $$ budget was and he succeeded in finding us "more " truck than we had hoped for and came under our budget by several $$ a month. What more can you ask for?? and a full tank of gas to boot. More

Fair & Friendly. I had gone to multiple other dealerships before going to Bonneville & Son. All the other dealerships gave cheep appraisal for my trade in, which made I had gone to multiple other dealerships before going to Bonneville & Son. Matt Saved the day. Bonneville and Son wasn't our first choice in search for a new Dodge Ram 1500. Our previous new car buying experience at Bonneville was less than enjo Bonneville and Son wasn't our first choice in search for a new Dodge Ram 1500. Our previous new car buying experience at Bonneville was less than enjoyable. I'd use other adjectives however, I told my wife I'd be nice and needless to say, I reluctantly threw Bonneville and Son into the mix. They're the local Dodge dealer, the service was on par and I only had my patience to loose. Today, I can't be more happy writing this review. Introduce Matthew Chagnon. I emailed Matt, told him what we wanted, our budget and stepped back. While the other dealers were fumbling around trying to schedule a sit down and line up test drives, Matt emailed me back with a truck and a price we could work with. Over a long holiday weekend, we had another email, a few text messages and a brief phone call, All in, we had no more than an hour from first email to delivery. Matt read the need. He was attentive, professional and ensured the transaction was seamless. Bottom line; Matt stuck the landing. Next time, Matt's my first call and I'm certain, my only call. More

NO PRESSURE SALES My husband and I stopped in to look at trucks. I found one I liked and we spoke to a salesman named Matthew Chagnon, he was very helpful and we told My husband and I stopped in to look at trucks. I found one I liked and we spoke to a salesman named Matthew Chagnon, he was very helpful and we told him we were just scoping out prices and werent ready to buy just yet. He gave us some prices and options and we left. We decided to go back the following week and I called Matt. He wasnt going to be available but he had a colleague call me. His name was Rick Goulette. He met with us and we discussed multiple options and decided to lease. It was a no pressure experience. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We finally met with Dan Reitz who was the finance manager and finished our paperwork and drove off in my new truck! Love it! More
