Dropped my car on Dec 5th for a recall, only to be told on the 12th all the parts weren’t available. This means it wasn’t even looked at until then. To make a long story short, they called me previously that all the parts were available - that’s why I had the appointment booked in the first place. Car ended up not getting the service done, no loaner provided during any of this time, got the car still incomplete on 23rd of December. It’s a chore calling them to find out what’s going on, if you can even reach them. If you don’t call, they won’t call. It just feels like a game here. You can’t take them for their word which made me avoid authorizing fleet Wagoneers. If they can’t do a recall on my own car, I certainly wouldn’t want them involved further with my workplace, especially for a model that is known for recent recalls. I believe the mechanical work is done well here, I’d just avoid the headache of going here, it’s really unprofessional. More

The communication by the personnel was very poor. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a to I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a total of 17 days and did not provide a loaner vehicle. Even if they do have a low inventory of loaner cars I felt as though there was no effort to accommodate a customer such as myself since they were going to have my vehicle for that length of time. There was no concern on their part at all. All I was looking for was a phone call from they stating what the status of my vehicle was at a minimum of maybe every other day. At least I would have felt that someone was aware and advocating for me to get my car. When you get no call for days at a time and then when you call they act as if they don’t know who you are it is very disheartening. More
