After a basic oil change, the oil leaked out completely. Oil pressure dropped to 0 psi. After inspecting on my own, I noticed they forgot to put an o-ring onto the filter. I mean really? I spent an hour at midnight trying to pinpoint the issue at 24 degree weather. No excuses. And this was before planning a long road trip. A few days later, and this would have been a bigger issue. General service manager and service adviser play tough guys. Joke. If you care about your car, DO NOT take it for service to this place. Nielsen Dealer just a few miles away will provide a much better experience. More
