Always a difficult service at this particular chevrolet dealer. All service advisors are miserable and unfriendly and communication after you drop your car is non existent. Been to many Chevrolet dealers , none this bad consistently. Used to look forward to dealership visits for routine maintenance but rather have root canal then go to this dealer. This was my first time at Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek. I brought my car in to simply get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. The dealership was clean, organized, and easy to navigate as I entered I brought my car in to simply get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. The dealership was clean, organized, and easy to navigate as I entered the facility. The staff was very respectful with my vehicle too. It took approximately 90 minutes for the service to be completed. In that time, I was able to sit in a comfortable lounge, that provided free coffee, vending maxhines so you could buy munchies, had clean bathrooms, and also a TV was available to watch while you waited. Though the show that was being broadcast was the morning show "Khoda", which is not anything I had any interest in. Fortunately, I had my phone and headphones, so I listened to Howard Stern during my wait. I believe they provide free Wi-Fi as well. To top it off, and without asking, they ran my vehicle through a car wash as a courtesy. They earned a customer that will continue to have my vehicle taken care of here at Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek!! More
