We purchased a new Volvo EX30 on Sunday the 18th of May. Our salesperson, Bailey Church was most helpful and knowledgeable about the car and our needs. The car was ready and waiting for us and we were shown the car and tech by Carl (I am sorry, I forgot his last name). Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and thorough in ensuring we were well taken care of. We brought our 2022 S90L in for service on the 19th of May and were helped by service advisor Matt. He was very helpful with our needs which were not too many but concerned us. Matt was able to get our new EX30 in and install a clear cover and arrange for me to drop the EX off and pick up the S90 on the same day, allowing me to come down from above Auburn only the one time. The service on the S90 went very well and the technician (and I don't recall his name either), went over the service and details of the car in the video. I have nothing but praise and respect for Niello Volvo during the purchasing phase and the few services we have had. We shall continue to be Niello customers and may need a new Volvo in the future. I must also thank Andrew Clark for helping us with the EX 30 paperwork, a pleasure to work with. Thank you More
