This was the first time that I bought a car from this dealership. I sold my 2012 Subaru Tribeca and had saved up for 13 years and have been looking for one year for a specific Lex. I Iwas totally impressed with how professional and attentive that Sean Connley was! He took extra care to be sure that I got everything that I Requested and appointed me to the right people and each department to be sure things were done right. He told me a bunch of times don’t hesitate to call me if you need anything at all !! I never felt rushed or pressured on a I never felt, rushed or pressured on an upsell upsell Up sell. I felt very valued as a customer. Matthew, who is in service, was really great and very helpful. He saw to it, that I would get a loaner car for four days while my car was worked on. He was really friendly and nice. I had a beautiful stripe with hearts added. A gentleman named “stripy “did an excellent job. He followed my direction to a T! Sean recommended that I meet with a gentleman name Jerry, who spent a lot of time with my husband and I on how to work all the electronics. On top of it all, Sean surprised me and had my wheels refurbished as an extra courtesy. It sure was a bonus to see my 2016 wheels look brand new. I also had a remote start installed and I had the Simoniz treatment inside and out to preserve the car. I. couldn’t be happier with the attention and the professionalism that was provided. I love my 2016, white Lexus. I have never shopped at the dealership before, but I will say I will continue to do business there for now on. I 100% recommend the dealership to everyone without a doubt.!! I am so excited to own a Lexus, RX 350. It’s the best car ever! More

I have been coming here for service for 16 years and is it close to my house? No I drive 48 miles round trip why you ask when I have another Lexus dealership much closer to my house but I feel the service it close to my house?
