Since I purchased my car at this dealership in 2011, I have always come here for service! The people here are wonderful and I am always confident that my car is being well taken care of and that I will be have always come here for service! Hello Matt Chevier: You told me to reach out to you directly if I ever had an issue with my relatively new Tucson (less than 10K miles on it). Actually, no issue any more thanks to Matthew M at your shop. My radio stopped working, and I could not hear anyone when I received calls in my car through Bluetooth. Both went out during a road trip. Tried troubleshooting the problem myself with no success. Stopped in your service center on Saturday; arrived to a rather crowded service center but so glad it was open on a Saturday. Matthew M. came out from the back and helped me right away. Dropped what he was doing and went out to my car and fixed the problem … within minutes. He went a step further and tested my ability to hear over my phone in the car and called my husband. Matthew explained to my husband in detail what went wrong with my radio and phone. I truly appreciated his help and knowledge, and I wanted to express my gratitude for his excellent customer service! I hope you will let Matthew M. know what a good job he did. Thank you! More

Service Department is the Best Continues to exceed my expectations!! Greg Melino has taught his department quite well. His son, Matt, however comes by those important qualities naturally. Honest, patient, kind, compassionate, hard working, respectful. Let me give an example: I stopped in the other day with a flat tire. AAA had changed it and placed it in my car. The service department was so busy!!!! Matt took my tire and plugged it for me! That is definitely going above and beyond the call of duty. You only deal with sales once, you deal with service for many years!!! I would not hesitate to continue to purchase my vehicles at Vision in Henrietta because of their service Department. Very disappointed with the service I received at this dealership . I brought my car in for a rubbing noise in steering wheel and came out with a crooked wheel 5 times back to service and wheel still croo dealership . Car drives terrible now and they seem to think that customers have time to keep spending hours there to fix a problem they created . I just want my car fixed right the way I drove it in there. We leased a 2021 Electric Kona Sept 10th from Vision Hyundai thinking we were savvy car shoppers. We couldn't stop smiling or humbly bragging. Or is it the disappointment that our car has been towed twice and jumped as many times ending up in the dealer's service dept. Each time, they have had no loaners so important appointments had to be cancelled and cautiously rescheduled. We were so proud to drive this uniquely quiet vehicle with all its software technology, but it is now an embarrassment to our family, friends and neighbors to confess our Electric car can't be depended on to start when we open the garage door. I told my husband: "They should loan us our 2005 Corolla with its 214k gas miles that we traded in & that never got towed!!" I applaud the efforts of the service guys to find the problem but having to spend more dollars engaging Ubers or rentals is not what we envisioned as saving on gas when driving an electric car. Oh well, once again, they report they can't find the issue so "no vote of cnfidence from us." More
