The staff was polite and thorough with the service for my Tucson. Needed oil change and tires rotated and ended up getting the 15,000 mile check that included all I needed done and then some. I believed I had an appt at 1:30 for an oil change and to explore a recall. I was#5 in the driveway. Harrison took key. At approx. 3:15 I went to service upon seeing my car parked outside.
