I called service for an immediate issue, my car was stalling out. I spoke with Matthew who got me in the same day. I waited while it was fixed which was only about an hour. I recently purchased a vehicle from Ferman. I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I drove 4 hours, from Jacksonville to the dealership. The salesman, who lives nearby, was over an hour late getting there. The vehicle wasn't ready as I had been told it would be. It wasn't even at the location. I had a trade in, which they got to drive and inspect, yet I wasn't able to see the vehicle the car I was purchasing. They talked me into buying the vehicle anyway, which was my mistake. I was told only a couple of little imperfections. There are numerous scratches and dings in the vehicle. I was also told I would have two keys, I received one that would work two days later when they finally delivered the vehicle. I have tried to contact them numerous times. They have ignored me since I tole the sales person I wouldn't write a review until we took care of the key situation. Apparently they aren't going to do anything about it. Avoid this place at all costs. Very dishonest. More
