Hello There My Name is Matt. I have been working at Heritage for over 2 years now and truly love what I do. I have lived in New England all my life. I moved to Vermont in 2001 to open a restaurant for the Company I worked with. Vermont became the place where I started my family. I have 2 children. My Daughter Lily who is 8 and my Son Colin who is 6. I enjoy watching all sports. I play golf and hang out with the Family on my free time. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know new people everyday. I like to make the experience of buying a vehicle as fun and relaxed as possible. It really means a lot to me when customers, their friends, and their families come back and see me when they have vehicle needs.

It is super hard to find a really great person you can work with for your vehicle purchases. I tend to pick the dealership based on the sales person I’m put with. If you can’t trust the sales person you can’t do a deal. When I find a the right person to take care of our auto purchases I stay with them for years until they retire. We will keep coming back to Heritage. Matt is now our person. You can buy a car anywhere but what makes a difference is being taken care of. More

My recent experience with Heritage Toyota was great thanks to Matt Messenger. Matt was very informative during the whole process. Any questions I had were answered promptly. From the start Matt wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. After going back and forth with different trim levels Matt was able to get me into a 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport. I’ve had the vehicle for a couple days now and I’m very pleased with my purchase and the entire buying process. I have to say that what started out to be an extremely apprehensive task, the expense at having to buy a car [mine was breaking in pieces] was made so much better by being able to work with Matt.
