Parts department was able to get me the complete spare tire kit for my XT5. Susie located it with little information . Had a set of tires installed. Done when they said it would be finished. My new 2020 Equinox has been in for repairs twice (9/10 Towed there and 9/23 dropped off) with nearly two weeks in their Service lot. Mote: I bought the vehicle on 8/11. Management feels that since this work is under warranty no more is needed. I disagree. Making a first car payment without a vehicle makes no sense to me. Plus picking up the vehicle on 9/18 to find a dent in my drivers door from the time it spent at Heiser was even more troubling. They made that right when it went back in for stalling issues on 9/23. More

All are friendly, hard working employees. I have been a customer for many years. I have always felt welcome. Whether I need air in my tire or need to have a general check up on my car the ser I have been a customer for many years. I have always felt welcome. Whether I need air in my tire or need to have a general check up on my car the service is excellent. As a senior citizen, I very much appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry that I will be ignored, overcharged or have serious problems with my car. More
