I had narrowed down my choice of cars to three Crossover SUV's but had very specific criteria that would determine my final selection. Matt listened. He heard. He gave me a deal that meet all my criteria including price, safety features, warranty and service. He told me I would be pleasantly surprised when finalizing the purchase with their relatively new Finance Manager, Wilbert Rejouis. Will ensured that every promise and representation made to me in the sales process was reflected in my paperwork and delivered as promised. I'm a FL senior and have purchased many cars. I usually hate the "closing" aspect and 18 months ago used a Purchase plan to ensure I got what I was promised. Matt and Will delivered a better deal than either of the purchase plans I used in my due diligence. When taking delivery on a Saturday it was necessary to bring the car into service on Monday, Candice Hamilton was friendly, efficient, helpful and left me with a very positive attitude to what service at this dealership will be like. Reccomend! This review is about the purchase of a new vehicle. Our experience first started at Wallace Mazda in Stuart. Wallace wouldn't budge on the price a This review is about the purchase of a new vehicle. Our experience first started at Wallace Mazda in Stuart. Wallace wouldn't budge on the price and tried all of the classic tactics of trying to get us into a different vehicle of a similar price, "buy it today" deals, etc. We didn't appreciate these games, so we decided to shop around and went to Mazda of Palm Beach the following day. We had a great sales experience Sage and his manager George with the purchase of a 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and mentioned the price that Wallace was offering. In a much shorter time frame than Wallace, we settled on a better deal. They didn't have the vehicle but had it driven to us from another dealer by the time our purchase was complete. Anyone buying a car can always expect some level of negotiation, but there weren't any pressure tactics or smoke and mirrors. It was a much smoother experience compared to Wallace. In the end, we settled on a deal better than what Wallace could provide in a much quicker time frame. The price quoted at the end of negotiation was the exact same number once we got out of the finance office. There was a minor hickup with a feature called "Mazda Mobile Start" that we wanted included in our vehicle. We scheduled a service appointment to have it installed but instead we got a remote start key system, which is a bit different. Sage, George, and the service manager Ray made it right for us. In the end they stuck to exactly what we had agreed upon. I'd recommend them again to anyone who is in the market for a new Mazda. We love our 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring! More
