I have been buying ONLY fords since 2006 and only at Galpin. I was the very first sale for Matthew and I have bought EVERY car since from him as well as my friends and family. I love this guy. Buying a car is never easy, in fact, it can very easily be a nightmare. Matthew and his back-up team delivered a brand new Ford Explorer to me over the weekend. The Explorer was absolutely wonderful a be a nightmare. Matthew and his back-up team delivered a brand new Ford Explorer to me over the weekend. The Explorer was absolutely wonderful and beyond on my expectations. More importantly, Matthew worked with me over the multi hour process of delivering a vehicle, and made it as pleasant add personable as possible under the circumstances. This guy is amazing and he will put a smile on your face no matter what demeanor you have while at the dealership. We will be longtime repeat customers from Matthew and Galpin Ford . To say this is the best place to buy a vehicle would be an under statement! I say this because, from just walking on to the property to closing and driving your new vehicle away, you are treated not only l an under statement! I say this because, from just walking on to the property to closing and driving your new vehicle away, you are treated not only like honored royalty with respect and care, but as an individual too with your specific needs getting addressed. With Galpin Ford you can definitely have a successful and satisfying vehicle purchase. I also had the good fortune of getting referred by a friend to my salesperson, Matthew Sanes. That was about 1.5 years ago. My vehicle at the time was through another foreign car dealership where I wasn't happy, but I had to stay with for a while. All the same, Mathew took time to hear my situation over the phone, then met with me to give me good advice - all without trying to arm wrestle me into any sale with him. He was so wonderful, I started immediately referring people to him mostly because Mathew, rather than focused on making a sale, was and is focused on making the right deal for the person in front of him even if that means NOT making a sale! My situation changed up recently, and back to Mathew I ran. I definitely had some challenges moving into my trade-in with Galpin at this time, but Mathew stayed with each sticking point until he found a solution. I felt secure in Mathew's sales/financing skills and his overall attentiveness to my care. You'll be surprised also to find in Mathew's 5-Star customer care, he actually answers his phone when called, or return texts you. Dazzling, right? You can't go wrong with Mathew Sanes or with Galpin Ford for your lifetime care as you progressively move in and out of vehicles as your family and friends need to, relaxed and returning to this dealership and Mathew Sanes time and again.
