The reserved vehicle was parked up front, prepped and awaiting our inspection. We were greeted immediately upon entering the dealership and introduced to personable and professional salesman, Matt Sonneman. Matt shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle during our walk around and a lengthy test drive. He offered a plethora of information about the vehicle and had knowledgeable answers to our many questions. I never felt the all too common pressure and unpleasantness associated with car buying. Matt was also patient and kept us at ease throughout the uncomplicated negotiation process. Kudos to the entire staff at D’Arcy for their courteousness and professionalism. I would definitely make the 2 hour drive to work with these fine folks again in the future! More

Great price & no BS My last car purchase was 15 years ago when all dealers played games with prices and forced their customers to haggle. Some dealers still operate that way, but not D'Arcy. They had an online price for a Palisade that beat the best offer from all other dealers by more than $1000 (after haggling with the other dealers and showing them D'Arcy's price). The other dealer I was talking to tried to scare me away by saying D'Arcy will tack on items once they get me in the door. That made me nervous based on my experiences with dealers in the past. Hannah assured me over the phone and email that the price online is what I'll pay with no hidden add-ons or fees. She was right, the price I was quoted over email is the price I paid. They didn't try to pressure me with anything once I showed up. It was a pleasure working with the staff at D'Arcy and reassuring that a car dealer can operate honestly instead of using scare and pressure tactics on their customers. More
