Everyone from Mike to Joe, Matt & Lauren was very cordial and efficient. This was a "remote" delivery to Florida. This is not our first rodeo with D'Arcy and the reason we came back and have brought family members in the past is because of the customer service as well as the service department. Lauren is the best. She g came back and have brought family members in the past is because of the customer service as well as the service department. Lauren is the best. She got a promotion bur we still got to work with her through out the finance, Lauren got Matt to help us buy the car and he is Awesome. This is my family's FOURTH vehicle from D'Arcy. This is an HONEST dealership as well as a friendly dealership. The service is courteous and impeccable.
