Hello, When taking delivery, the spots you are referring to were not on the vehicle. When you sent a picture to the Salesperson, we stated we would try to remove them at no charge. Upon trying to remove the spots, we noticed a different chemical was used that we do not use here. You told our detailers you brought it somewhere for a detail and we noticed what appeared to be paint protection was added to the vehicle by a third party. We have never had this issue because we only use water-based products which would never stain our paint. You should contact whomever you paid to perform the exterior service on the vehicle to rectify the issue they caused. Thank you, Matt Stein General Manager mstein@socalpenske.com (562) 733-3843

Stop lying Matt, I would appreciate if So Cal Penske took customer Service more serious! My Hummer SUV EV has no paint protection on it, I said my Hummer EV PickUp had Paint protection. On it that I did not purchase from you. You head detail guy said to me that when the vehicle comes that the tire has a residue on it and if not properly wash off that it can create a chemical reaction with your tire dressing and damage the paint. Your head detail person told me he was not there that day to make sure the residue was not left on! And at time of sale I told my Sales person there was marks on the car, he said don't worry it will wash off! Do you call customer service not return customers calls!
