I cannot recommend Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills enough. From our initial contact to having car delivered to us, they were nothing but professional and didn’t waste our time. Mike, Josh, Matt, Alex all helped and were friendly and responsive. When they knew I had to travel over an hour, they even found a better solution for me! This is an insane time to buy a car but these folks honored my trade-in value that I’d received elsewhere, got me an excellent loan rate, and their customer service is exceptional. They don’t want to waste your time and they will get you the best deal. So glad my search found them! More
