Service-less Dealership I purchased a new Subaru 5 weeks ago. I was able to leave the lot with my new car on the day of the purchase, however I needed to bring the car back f I purchased a new Subaru 5 weeks ago. I was able to leave the lot with my new car on the day of the purchase, however I needed to bring the car back for accessories to be installed. I received a call from my salesperson with a schedule time to drop off my car. The dealership had my car for 1 week and I received the call informing me that the car was ready for pickup. I was not able to make it in the dealership during normal business hours, so I picked the car up in the evening. When was provided the keys to the car, I noticed that many of the accessories were not installed. The salesperson was not sure what happened but indicated I would receive a call from Service in the morning. That call never came my way. I reached out to the dealership a few days later and spoke with someone again who informed me that I would get a call back. Again no call backs. I have since called the General Manager as well as the Service Advisor three days in a row to which I have not yet received a call back. I'm at a loss, I like my car and would love to have it with everything I paid for installed. More

He called me as soon as the heritage recieved the car i wanted. He’s a car guy and was able to show me the car in an informed way- and to compate the wrx with competitors-gti, etc. got a fair price for the car. Finance did a nice job explaining some of the other offers-extended service, 4n1 assurance plan. The car is a gift for my daughter- so i opted for both of these “add ons”. Popped a tire on the way home. Replaced under the service program the next morning. Melena, the customer serice rep worked hard to get it done quickly. I live in mt. Airy- was a bit further drive to owings mills- either there doing an exceptional job at this dealership or subaru is better customer service than the competition. Noticeable friendly staff.
