I usually don't write reviews unless its bad. But, in this case. I am writing a review because, I have experience outstanding customer service at Casey BMW. From there entire team. From the service department A.J., to the BMW expert Amanda, the two sales managers Lloyd and Matt and my sales advisor Matt Tankers. They all worked with me. Matt my sales advisor was professional, friendly and helpful. Everything, Matt paid attention to detail . From the features of my old car. That he made sure the seat, and the moonroof was adjusted the same way when I test drove. (Great details!!!) I would definitely purchase my next BMW from Casey. Now, to my surprise, Casey BMW was cheaper than Richmond BMW, Alexandria BMW, Rockville MD, BMW, Passport BMW and running close with Slver Spring MD, BMW. (All within a 1hr to 2.5hour drive). Factoring Casey BWM is the BMW on the peninsula.
