I have nothing but positive thoughts on t My wife and I just recently bought a new 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback Preferred package and we absolutely love it! I have nothing but positive thoughts on the car including how clean/sharp both the interior and exterior are, the drive is amazing, and all of the safety features are a game changer! Besides from loving our new car, the service we got matched. We are actually repeat customers as 4 years ago we bought a new CX-5 from the same place and the same salesman, Mathew Tillapaugh. The service we obtained was absolutely phenomenal! My favorite thing about working with Matt, which makes him stand out from other salesman I've worked with in the past, is that he genuinely cares about what I both want and need! He doesn't try and sell me up on a higher level car or a higher level trim, but rather he listens to want I'm wanting and then helps make an informed decision on which vehicle and trim suites what I'm looking for. Originally my wife and I went in with the mindset we would get a CX-3, but after describing all we that we wanted both in the car but financially, we came to the 3 and we are so glad we did. The Fort Wayne dealership was also super helpful as we wanted the car's exterior to be Pearl White along with interior leather seats that too were white/tan. They didn't have this color combination, but they were able to find one at an Indy dealer, switch them out, and get us the car by the end of the week on the last day of incentives so we could take advantage of them! In a nutshell we love our car and the dealership is great and easy to work with at every level! More

Since this is the first purchase/lease of a vehicle for us in about 10 years, and our first SUV purchase, we wanted to make the right choice. In doing much research and asking others for their opinion, the Mazda brand kept rising to the top. And from the moment we walked into the dealership until we picked up our new Mazda CX-5, we understood why. The service was excellent. Matt Tillapaugh worked closely with us and was always friendly, helpful and professional. Matt was very thorough in going over all the features on the CX-5. He patiently answered all our questions. And as we have not purchased a new car for about a decade, the technology has certainly changed! The other staff that we encountered during the leasing process were also very helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new Mazda and I foresee us becoming loyal Mazda customers! More

Completely Satisfied Customer! I was impressed with Matt Tillapaugh from the moment I met him. He approached me and asked if I needed anything and at the time, I was just starting m I was impressed with Matt Tillapaugh from the moment I met him. He approached me and asked if I needed anything and at the time, I was just starting my research on Mazda CX-5 versus CX-9. He allowed me to set in both and that's all I wanted to do. No pressure, just very kind. After a lot of research, I returned with questions about CX-5. He answered thoroughly everything I asked. I was at Belle Tire getting a flat fixed and Matt came and picked me up and brought me back to the Dealership to see the 2 red CX-5s that were coming off the truck. Well, that's the one I got. He took me to get my car and I returned to start the paperwork. I am now driving my red CX-5. I love it. Matt took several hours explaining all of the features to my husband and I. We will return to this Dealership and Matthew Tillapaugh. More
