I called Matt to see an Ford Ranger, and when I arrived he had the Ford Ranger, as well as a Chevrolet S10 waiting. It had low miles, better condition, and my kind of my style. I took the S10 out for a drive, and it was amazing! Upon returning to the dealership I had some questions. Every question I asked Matt was able to give me an answer, or at least find the answer for me. He was very enthusiastic, and put my needs first. Because of Matt, I will return for the top notch customer service again!! More

This was my first Mazda purchase, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Matt was knowledgeable, patient, friendly (made me feel like one of his buddies), and went above and beyond best experiences I’ve had buying a car. When I first met Matt, I was just going in to checkout the new Mazda6. For the next few months after that, Matt would check in every once in a while to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. When I was ready to purchase, they did not have what I was looking for on the lot, so Matt searched through other dealers until he found exactly what I wanted. Matt worked hard to get me the best deal he could for my new car and my trade-in, even working after hours and on his days off to meet with me, answer all of my questions honestly and thoroughly, and get me fully acquainted with my new Mazda. Since the purchase, he has checked in with me a couple of times to see how I’m doing and how I’m liking my new car. Not only was Matt great to work with, but everyone else that I met was extremely friendly and helpful – I felt right at home there. These guys were great. They make you feel right at home in the dealership. We first went for a test drive in a used Mazda 3 with Matt Tillapaugh. It was nice, with a very solid sporty feel. If you want to go by your self, you can. I preferred to have them with me so I can ask about the vehicle while driving. When we were done we got a price on it, which was Ok, but the car had 35k on it, so I was not really that excited about the used one. Then, I asked Junior Hammond if he had a new one in stock that had similar features. He did. Its a Manual transmission (which I would recommend). THIS CAR IS AWESOME!!!!! Its fast, gets great gas mileage (getting 38mpg average), very comfortable, roomy (we can easily get our child seat in the back)and its a very quiet ride. Its very fun to drive, and it looks great!!!! I will probably be a Mazda fan for a long time to come!!!!. Thanks Junior! More

The customer service was beyond amazing, they were incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions and issues and when we changed our mind several times about what we were wanting to look at, whether the color, the features, or the model they didn't seem at all irritated. They answered all of our questions completely and when we mentioned that we weren't sure if we were going to buy the vehicle, that we were just getting all of the information needed, they weren't pushy at all. We worked with Matt at the beginning and he got all of the information together that we requested and spent quite a bit of time helping us out. A couple of days later, when we decided to make this huge decision and trade up, we worked with Sam and he was just as great. They both made all of this very easy and very pleasant. A few days after buying the CX-5, Matt called to see if we had any questions and we really appreciated that. No other dealership has done that. When we decide to purchase another vehicle, we won't hesitate buying from this dealership again and if I could rate higher than '5' I most definitely would. More

We gave this dealership, and also our salesperson, Matt Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new v Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new vehicle as well as a fair price on our trade-in car, and, finally, when we picked up our new car today Matt spent about two and a half hours with us making sure we understood all the technology this car has to offer (which is a lot!) and the set-up of all of the different systems. The sales manager, Todd Jacquay, was also very personable and helpful, as was the finance manager, George Brothers (although we did not finance the car, he, too, was very personable and pleasant). It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, Todd, and George, and we would definitely deal with them all again if we buy another Mazda product. More
