After having a terrible experience previously with this dealership a few years ago, I can happily say I would use them again. I started talking to Matthew about trading in my lease, and right away loved th dealership a few years ago, I can happily say I would use them again. I started talking to Matthew about trading in my lease, and right away loved that he wasn't pushy or salesy like a lot of other people. He was respectful of my time and made sure everything was ready to go with my new lease before I stepped foot into the dealership to complete it. While some sales managers (NS) are very pushy and borderline harass you , Matthew made sure that he never did that. He consistently called and spoke on the days I said I had available and was never pushy. I would 100000% purchase another vehicle here as long as Matthew is my sales guy. It was the least stressful car experience I've ever had. More
