I am not happy with this place. They owe me a little bit of money and they have said on several occasions they were going to mail me a check but I never got it. I'm tired of calling They owe me a little bit of money and they have said on several occasions they were going to mail me a check but I never got it. I'm tired of calling them about it. Additionally I have their service plan. When we bought our first car from them taking our car in and getting the oil change and tire rotations took about 30 minutes. Now, even with an appointment we are there at least an hour and a half to two hours. It takes me an hour to get there so now it has become an all day affair. I inquired about canceling the service contract and getting a refund of what was left but no, no refunds allowed. I gave them two stars because their cars they sell are great. Other than that I don't trust anything that they say anymore. More
