The entire the at RC Hill was amazing! Robert was very familiar the Outlander that we test drove and explained everything in detail. They were the best of all the dealerships I went to. The price was exactly as posted no hidden costs. They went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and at the right payments. The dealership does not have sales men, so I never felt they were trying to take advantage of me like at a previous dealership. The financial manager was also a veteran and made me feel respected and comfortable. The vehicle was so clean, and I can tell they did an excellent thorough cleaning detailing of it. The dealership building was clean, and felt comfortable. It smelled amazing in there. Matt was efficient and thorough and seemed like he enjoyed his job, if I would buy again from them and recommend them 100% to anyone who wants a true car buying experience without the hustle and pressure. We came in late after work at 7pm a Wednesday and were greeted with smiles by everyone. Ben and Matt took their time in explaining everything and answering our questions.
