I have been a customer of Scott Clark Toyota since 1984 when my husband and I purchased our first Camry. The only negative observation I have is that I had an appointment at 2:45 and was asked to call if I was going to be late. When I pulled into the service bay, no one greeted me for at least 10 minutes, although there were many technicians socializing at different stations. I was greeted and then asked to wait another 5 minutes. I was putting the car in reverse, ready to leave, when I was finally recognized. This is NOT the way to deal with any customer. More
