They refuse to cover shattered driver side window Recallr Their explanation is not plausible. They said they " don't know the cause" while simultaneously limit their rationale to a wrong bolt argument, when t Their explanation is not plausible. They said they " don't know the cause" while simultaneously limit their rationale to a wrong bolt argument, when there could have been any other numerous reasons which caused the window glass to separate from the regulator, but they refuse to consider anything except their wrong bolt theory which is not believable in and of itself! What's going on here? How can one have a discussion with these people? OK is that enough words? More

I am not happy with Recent service performed. On May 2 I took my vehicle in for service which was required at 40,000 miles . I arrive on time they took my vehicle into the back and stated that p On May 2 I took my vehicle in for service which was required at 40,000 miles . I arrive on time they took my vehicle into the back and stated that perform the oil change and the regular service . The following day I decided to open up the hood on the vehicle and see if all the fluids were topped off came to find out that none of the fluids were topped off and then the battery post pack corrosion on it . Which is surprising since the dealership advertises that it covers all this on their other multi inspection service . So at this point I wonder if they truly change the oil . Disappointed with dishonesty and the lack of service . More

Need of a battery Went to start my 2012 Tacoma & head to work. Unfortunately my battery was dead. Got a quick jump & drove straight to Scott Clark Toyota.
